I was so excited to do this creative child photography shoot with this sweet little two year old!  Mom came with a ton of ideas and I loved every single one!  We played dress up, we ran around, we tickled and laughed, we had giant suckers!  A great day was had by all!

Big brother came along too to help keep her entertained, she sure did love him something fierce!  And I couldn’t miss the opportunity to capture some images of him too!  He has gold try-outs at his high school this week – I wish him the very best of luck!

High school seniors – now is the time to book your senior portraits!  It is not too late to get fun, creative, unique high school senior photography for your yearbook, for your friends, to hand out to family… I offer an affordable alternative to the traditional print packages.  You will get a CD with all your edited images (typically 40 – 70!) in full resolution with a print release.  What does this mean?  Grandma wants one print for her wall but you want a different one to hand out to your friends?  You’re not constrained by traditional packages.  Time to print more wallets for your announcements?  You have full access to all your images so you can order them yourself at a very affordable rate.

In every package is instructions on where to print to still get professional prints, at a very competitive rate!

Up to 3 hours of shooting – no rushing, plenty of time!

Up to three locations – want a park and an urban feel?  No problem!

Unlimited clothing changes – you can wear what you want, you can wear what mom wants you to wear, you’ll both be happy!

I am local to Douglas County High School, Castle View High School, & Ponderosa High School BUT I am more than happy to travel to where you are!!!

I love doing family photography in new locations.  When this family contacted me they suggested using their church’s land which was beautiful!  Full views of the front range including Pike’s Peak and Devil’s Head!  Their daughter is getting ready to leave for collage and they wanted to do updated family photos before she left.

Today I sent my oldest off to his first day of 5th grade.  I cannot imagine the feeling when we send him off to collage.  My heart goes out to all the families saying goodbye as their kiddos start this new chapter in their life!

I love doing family photography and what a fun little family they were!

While this little ten month old regarded me carefully he was all smiles for mommy and daddy.  I couldn’t snap enough photos!  Their love apparent and infectious!

Offering on-location child and family photography, both locally and for destination travel.

This girl is extra special to our hearts.  We have known her for years, she has babysat our children, she is kind, sweet, smart, funny… and we are so very proud of her.  Congratulations Dallas, we love ya!

I love spending time with clients that are relaxed and comfortable in front on the camera.  Levi was no exception.  We had so much fun and so many great photos turned out!!

I had the pleasure of shooting Katie and Felix’s wedding this weekend.  It was so wonderful to see all their friends and family that came from all over the world to be a part of this special day.

They are a beautiful couple – congratulations Katie and Felix!!!

I hope you are all enjoying my new blog!  As you can see it is still under construction!

2008 was a GREAT year and I have each and every one of you to thank for it.  It was almost impossible for me to go through all the pictures from 2008 and choose my personal favorites.  As much as I wanted to there was just no way I could have included every sitting – there were just too many!  I truly am blessed to have all of you in my life and I treasure each and every friendship that I have developed over the past year and I loved capturing moments of your life.

So have fun voting – spread the word to family, friends, co-workers and post links on email, blogs, facebook, myspace, etc.  - the winner will be the picture with the most votes and the best part is there is a prize!

Katie and Felix Engagement

January 16, 2009

Yet another wonderful couple I will be shooting this summer.  They don’t actually live in the state so they were only here a short time over the holidays and the day we picked to shoot it was wicked cold – like 16 degrees outside wicked cold – but it was fun and I cannot wait for this summer!

Every wedding package comes with a complimentary engagement sitting.  It is an awesome time where we get to know each other, have lots of fun and take some awesome photographs.  That way on your wedding day we’re comfortable with each other, like old friends.

Erick and Lacey

October 10, 2008

So what do you get when add cold temperatures, high wind and rain?  One of the funniest engagement sittings I’ve ever done!  We were fighting all the elements but I don’t think I have laughed that hard in months – Erick and Lacey were such a joy to work with, I know their wedding is going to be a blast!
