I believe photographs are evidence that we were here — that we loved people, raised families, grew into ourselves, made a mess of things, laughed until it hurt, and built lives worth remembering.
And I believe everyone deserves to see themselves in that story.
Photography hasn't always done a particularly good job of showing the full range of what love, family, beauty and belonging actually look like. I want my work to be part of changing that.
You just need to show up.
From there, I'll give you direction when you need it, pay attention to the things you don't notice, embrace a little chaos, and create enough space for the real stuff to happen.
Because twenty years from now, I don't want you to look at these photographs and remember how well everyone followed directions.
